Solved I Have A Pennyboard And I M Trying To Loosen Up The Trucks Skateboard

So basically I got my new pennyboard and I’m trying to loosen up the trucks, but the nut or screw wont loosen up. It’s moving when I’m using the wrench but not loosening up. I’m trying to take a ride but I cant turn and its stiff.
