i have a fron panel for a ipad wifi and i need use to repair a ipad 3g that is crashed, can i use the front panel of the ipad wifi, for use in the ipad 3g?

Nope. Unfortunately, the iPad 3G front panel has an extra antenna connector that the iPad Wi-Fi lacks. It may be possible to physically mate the Wi-Fi front panel to the 3G body but you will lose that antenna connection.
