I forgot the passcode for my iPhone 6, I tried entering the passcode multiple times and it says " please help.thanks
You’ll need to restore (erase) your device through iTunes if you forgot the passcode which is the only way around that. Details on how to do so are found here: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204306
