How am i supposed to know what the ID and passwords are? How do i get in? Also is this normal? this is obviously not the “first use” if someone already input a login password…
f you have no another administrator account in the system, you cannot sign in Windows to reset it. If your PC is on a domain, your system administrator must reset your password. One question, when you hit enter, does it say something about an incorrect password or something about Microsoft accounts? If its Microsoft accounts, a different procedure is needed and the tool from the link above will not work.
