There isn’t any visible damage but the phone seems to turn on but there’s no audio and no display. Screen appears intact.
Hi there, According to your description : You say it fell but no visible screen damage. Does it charge? if yes, you should see a sign of “charging” on screen. When you turn the device on (by pressing on the power button) you should see a blue (or other color) light on top left and lights on the bottom buttons, if there are those lights but screen is black - the LCD just broke although it seems intact.
