I dropped my phone in the toilet yesterday I took it out straight away and I dried it and checked everything. It was working fine until the next morning, it wouldn’t turn on. I took it to the repair shop and they fixed it, same problem again the next morning it’s not turning on

Not every water-damaged phone is recoverable and depending on the kind of liquid (salty, dirty, filthy), sometimes the success rate is quite low. That said, IMHO, it’s always worth a try otherwise we are just piling up the e-waste. Without knowing what the tech did to your phone, it’s hard to say if this one is recoverable or not. Normally, the phone would have to be properly decontaminated in an ultrasonic bath. However, even when that is done, some phones still don’t work long term. If the shop you went to is specialized in micro-soldering and water damage repair, then this may end up being what it is but if the shop mainly does components swapping (screens, cameras etc.) then they may have not a proper cleaning and troubleshooting of the device.
