I dropped my phone on the ground and once I picked it up it wouldn’t turn on anymore, the screen isn’t cracked , and I’ve tried to do a hard reset many times i even tried charging it and they didn’t work either .. Any Help ?
Keep pressing the home button and plug in the lightningcable to your pc untill apple logo shows, it take max 15 sec. If this doesnt work you have to open up the phone for diagnostic.
