I dropped my macbook pro and it won’t turn one compelety. It is beeping three times. I think my other parts like screen is okay. What should I do with it? ASAP

1/ If your MacBook Pro has DVD-palyer built-in: remove the bottom case, disconnect the battery using a plastic tool, remove the 2 RAM sticks. Now press on the Power Button for 15 seconds. Then reseat the RAM sticks, again don’t use any kind of metal tool inside your laptop. Reconnect the battery, put back the bottom cover, and try your laptop again. Let us know if this worked. 2/ If your laptop does not have built-in DVD inside, give us the serial number and/or model number.
