I dropped my phone about a foot and a half onto the street and now it boots up I can hear the sound but there are only a few multi-colored lines on the screen and I can’t see anything or touch anything… how do I fix it??
Hi, It sounds like you may have damaged the LCD, you would need to replace the LCD in order to solve this issue, and possibly replace the digitiser (touch), as I believe the LCD and digitiser on this model are seperate. :-)
