After replace the battery the screen touch doesn’t work how can i fix it?
The problem will be your touch connector. Make sure it is seated properly if it is I would check the connectors with a magnifying glass. I don’t suppose you have another screen to test?
Probably knocked some components off the board around the connectors. Look under magnification for any missing caps etc.
