My computer keeps resetting my clock back to 2009and then it won’t turn on. So I hold the power button to shut it down to restart it. After I get it to come up it wants to run a scan and when I try it wants my recovery password which I have fogotten, so how can I reset the password?

Enter the BIOS , I believe for DELL, and reset your clock. That should fix your problem. If not we will try something else.
