in my tab the process of updating software was going on acciedently it was cancelled it kept on then off on and off for do much time then it stoped because i think the charge finished i kept it on charge but it shows a battery empty for the time i keep it on charge it doesnt respond till then i cant on it should i only install a softwate or something else?
I’d start with a reset: reboot by pressing on Power Button and Home Button. Once you see the start-up menu, choose “wipe cache” then if successful, choose to wipe/reset tablet. If not successful, you should download a fresh version of the firmware, and install it using Odin. Of course in both cases, all user data will be erased and lost unless you have a back-up.
