I changed the battery, and replaced the screen and now I get this message. I just want to use my iphone again. If there is anything I can do to fix this myself please help me. Any ideas why I keep getting this message?

nothingacceptable, try this:" Close iTunes Locate your hosts file, in Mac OS X this is /etc/hosts and in Windows c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts Use word pad or notepad to open the hosts file with Administrator privileges Add the following line to the very bottom of the hosts file:" #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com " if 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com is already,\ in the host file you need to add # just before it #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com Restart your computer Turn off windows firewall Connect your iPhone to the computer and start iTunes Place the iPhone into DFU mode by turning it off and then holding down the sleep and power button for 10 seconds, then release the power button but hold onto the home button until iTunes tells you that the device is now in recover mode. Then hold shift click restore, point to the downloaded iOS firmware. Hope this helps, good luck.

Heres what I did 1.Open up itunes and click on the tab on the top right(it wil say iphone) 2.Click on restore iphone 3.Download the latest firmware 4.After you download it,look for the 6.1.3 firmware 5.After thats done,it will extract the firmware and your all set 6.When its finished restoring, put your sim card and it will be activated 7.Just follow the instructions when its finished restoring
