I have many times gone through the steps to fix this using verification codes that were sent to me. These did not work. I am not sure what email nor password that was used with this phone. It’s very simple. Sign in using your Gmail address and password. If you have more than one Gmail account (Note Gmail not email) use the one you previously used on that phone.
