Those are grounding pogo pins, which grounds the rear case with the main board to create a simple shield and prevents interference between certain high-frequency signals. In other words, not important unless you live next to a cell tower and use that USB connector to transfer a TON of stuff every second. As long as the broken pin doesn’t mess up further beneath the board, you are fine. If you do insist, just find pogo pins of similar sizes all over the internet.
