I broke my keyboard’s backlight ribbon cable while I was replacing my speakers. Is there a replacement for the cable? Do you know of other ways to fix this? Thanks! :)

The backlight could be replaced if you can find the part. Apple doesn’t offer it as a replaceable part. We don’t have a guide that gets into replacing it I can get you lastly there. Refer to this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013 Upper Case Assembly Replacement. Once you get the bare uppercase you can carefully lift the back insulator and lift of the back light. Use a hairdryer to help loosen the adhesive.
