Hi, My Joycon was half on half off but still working as mostly attached to the console. I dropped it and it now looks like the attached photo. Any idea how to repair this out of warranty console or how much a repair is going to cost?

New side rail and replacement rail for the joycon. Price depends on location and the person repairing it.
