@oots524_ you do all that through iTunes. Just download the user manual from here.

@oots524_ , Doug, you may have to Restore to factory setting through I tunes on computer, if you just wanting to delete all, the 1st link will tell of the process. If just wanting to delete some songs use Link 2 and 3 video tutorial. Good luck.
