Can’t scroll to the selections to turn off the voice over setting. Phone will not scroll.

Brett, try it through iTunes:-) " Connect iPhone or iPod touch to your computer. In iTunes, select your device. In the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access in the Options section. iTunes Summary tab Select the accessibility features that you want to use and click OK. from here. Or you can try to do this “With VoiceOver ‘on’ you need to touch or tap the field that you want to use/select and it should get a box around it ; then double-tap that field to activate/type it. Once you’ve entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off. You should be able to use three fingers on the screen to scroll. If you have a triple-click of the home button set to turn VoiceOver on/off, so you could try triple-clicking it - and then change Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home. from here Hope this helps, good luck.
