One of the things why your phone won’t connect to the wifi is that the Wifi Router you are connecting to has a limited users allowed to connect. Try to turn off your wifi and turn it on back and then connect your phone.
Another thing is that you might entered an incorrect password. Try double checking it and see if it connects directly. Long story short, your phone doesn’t have any issues at all, it is either you entered the wrong password, or your Wifi Router/Hub has only limited allowable users that can connect.
