Chosen Solution
This doesn’t seem that difficult, but I haven’t found a guide to follow. This is not a thing that I generally work on. Tablet is my widowed mother-in-law’s. She’d love to have it back to working. I’ve sourced two replacement ports. Now it is a matter of just finding a guide.
Follow this guide to step 18, and you should be able to figure it out from there. To help future fixers; you could create your own guide here on iFixit. Just copy all of the guide linked above and then add the last couple of steps yourself
