How do you replace the electric starter on a Subaru 265cc engine
Robert Jay, Find link below to your Subaru engine parts manual, it appears recoil/housing and perhaps fly wheel may have to be removed to access the 2 mounting bolts for starter, pg. 40 of manual.Also find the service manual link #2.
