It’s probably going to be more difficult than you’d think. Could be easier on your wallet and state of mind, if you just go for the LCD/digitizer combo

It’s SUPER SUPER difficult. Unless you have a LCD seperater machine, I would get the LCD/Digi complete front panel replacement.
