Hi, can anyone help me how to put the chip back on the board? Should i just solder it or also put termal paste?(can you draw with paint on the picture where to solder/put the termal paste) Or if any better idea can help me with this. Thanks in advance
You will want to wick off the original solder and replace it with leaded solder. Apply flux and align the chip the best you can before using hot air on low air speed to solder the chip in place. You may need to go back and touch-up the pins with a soldering iron. You can check if you need to by using a fine tweezer and gently nudging each pin to see if it is soldered in place or not.
