I try everything (meaning clean the screen, take it out the case, and power it down and turn it back on) but the screen won’t budge. I even hard reset the tablet and the screen still won’t budge. I really don’t know what to do with this problem.
Could you be a bit more descriptive? Maybe even some pictures? What do you mean budge? Are you saying there’s no touch sensitivity? You can’t make it do anything? Is there any display at all?
