I have an iPhone 4 that my parents got disabled because they told me to make my password 1234 and they would not let me change it so I just changed it to something else without telling them any way they tried to get into my phone and instead of just asking me they just tried until the phone became disabled this was many years ago and I want to try and get my data back also if I get it not to be disabled I forgot my password.

If it is permanently disabled, for all intents and purposes, data is not recoverable. Depending on the version of the OS it’s running, it’s maybe possible to get another crack at the password if you plug it into a computer it had been previously synced with. But even if that makes it not disabled any longer, you would still have to remember the pass code to get in.
