If you changed the disc drive, it is always going to end up like this. Xbox 360 disc drives are encrypted and only the original one came with the console can read games. When replacing the drive, you need to swap the drive controller board, or perform a difficult drive firmware flashing operation to retain the pairing relationship. Find your original disc drive and swap the board.
