I have a IPhone 5 and it’s damaged touch screen. But that is not a problem. My problem is gsm coverage The phone working fine out of my home But in my home or room gsm network not working Phone shows no service Some times gsm signal showing but if I call to the phone from another phone it’s say not reachable or the phone is switched off. I don’t know what is the problem Please help me to fix Thank you
Have you tried another iPhone 5? If a different phone works better, then the phone is damaged. If a different phone works just as bad, its your service provider or your building blocking connections. I know many apartment structures or dormitories have reception issues no matter which phone company you use.
