Hello, I got a 5 with error -1. Isn’t this something to do a baseband? And does it require a Reball or can I just heat it?
It is a communication error between the eeprom baseband memory and the modem during restore. It will be either a cracked ball on the modem or a damaged eeprom memory. A reflow of the modem may get it through the restore process but is a short term fix.
