Get the last 3 characters off of your serial number, write them down. Enter the last 3 characters in the empty box next to Enter Mac, iPod, iPhone or iPad Identifier: here. Press the " Look Up" button next to that box.
Another way to find the model number is to look on the bottom of your laptop. The model number starts with an A followed by four numbers. Ex. A1181. You can see a picture of where the model number is located.
