My BLU life XL is seemingly locked on the “BLU” screen and will not continue to boot up. Is there something I can do to make it more than a “brick”?
blu life xl ;you will press and hold the volume increase and power button simeultaneously , after the boot up screen is displayed an android icon that says no command,simply press the power button once again to pull up the menu
turn the phone off then turn on while holding both power button and volume up, and home button if possible continue holding untill you see a menu appear and choose factory reset Update (06/29/2017) Volume Down + Home + Power button for a few seconds. You can release held keys when you see the Android Robot. To enter the Recovery Mode hold down the Power key for a short while. In this step use Volume buttons to select “wipe data/factory reset” and tap the Power button to confirm.
this worked for me: While powering up hold the power up key till the menu appear. Then with volume down button chose factory reset and then press power button. Then select yes by scrolling down with volume down button and then select with power button.
