Hello, I purchased this tablet yesterday, set up a password I normally use on other computers. I must have typed it in …incorrectly. Is there a way to do a factory reboot so I can reset my password?
Hi Try the following: Press the power button and volume down at the same time. The DOPOD logo will appear after 6 or 7 seconds. Release power button 1st then the volume button. A reconfigure button should come up to reset your tablet. Hopefully this is of some help.
