Hi My workplace demands my iphone to not have cameras and wifi connection for security reasons. I took the cameras out easily but when I followed the wifi replacement guide and took off the antenna at the bottom, I had full wifi signal and no cellular network (3g). I have to disable the wifi so I’ll be able to bring my iphone to work. Please help me locate the right part I have to take off. Thanks. Update I tried to remove the EMI plate (the one that is at the upper part of the iphone above all the connections. Wifi still works. Tried to bend the little gold metal tooth that touches the frame at the upper part of the iphone and still there is wifi signal (full strength!) What can I do? Buy a old phone 4 work that has no cameras and wifi and stop destroying a good iPhone!
simple turn on aircraft mode this will permanently disable the wifi on the device
