My Samsung monitor was going to waste so I decided to take it completely apart, just because that’s something I enjoy. However, now I am unsure how to loosen the fixations on the display. I’ve heard many different ways to do so like a heat gun, a heating plate or even a stove. Which way is more efficient?
Hi @l_labiche , Here’s the service manual for the monitor that may help. It has dis-assembly instructions but they only show how to remove the back to access the boards etc. Usually with Samsung monitors you have to remove the screen bezel (after the back cover has been removed) to be able to access the LCD screen.
