The other day my phone dropped out of my pocket & smashed my screen which still works Just is badly cracked but since dropping it my rear camera doesn’t work & neither does the flash light/torch on my phone What could this be as there is no damage to the outside of the rear camera eg- no cracks or scratches or anything that you can see to suggest it is broken? & How much will it be to get it fixed?
Someone has to open up the phone to take a look. It could be that the connectors were partially dislodged from the impact. It could also be that the camera and Flash flex were damaged. The only way to know is to open up the phone. Check out this guide to see if you are comfortable doing this yourself. If not, then consider bringing this to a local repair shop.
