Never is. Never was. I don’t think it even has a decent amount of water resistance. Dunk the bottom half of the phone in water and RIP headphone jack, lightning port and loudspeaker all at the same time. Yes that is how bad the ‘supposedly water resistance’ on this phone is.
It was designed to be waterproof, but it didn’t hold up to what it was supposed to be.
