i have a circuit that have a polester capacitor and i thing it has a short so how can i test it ?
@jadoo it will help if you tell us what make and model your TV is and why do you think the capacitor is shorted. Unless you have an ESR and capacitance tester there is no other way to check the capacitor. Post some images of what you see with your question, so we can see it as well. Use this guide for that
