Step three of this guide demonstrates the discharging procedure on a Macintosh SE/30. Once you get the rear casing of the 128k removed, the discharging method is identical. iFixit’s Mac 128k teardown shows how this casing can be removed in steps five and six. Good luck and please be careful!
