It has a horrible long lag on it an half the time it says this app or that app is responding so how do I fix that or upgrade the divice
Tablets like phones are often not upgradable. Thats the case here the internals are all soldered down and not changeable. Your best bet is to clean house get rid of the no longer used apps and data making more room available otherwise its time for a new tablet.
