How do I restart my phone
Hold the power button in until the prompt ask shut of restart or cancel ,select restart and wait for the phone to shut down and restart. You can also remove the back cover and remove the battery , this will provide a complete shutdown of the phone . Then simply hit the power button and restart the phone . Hope this helps
