I have this virus, I think its Chinese ads, going on in my laptop for months now and I can’t seem to remove it. I found two files of it and I deleted one but I can’t seem to delete or remove the other, the other was “|QIY| Video”. Whenever I try to delete it, it says “the action can’t be completed because the folder PR file in it is open in another program”. I tried exiting the program that keeps on popping on my screen and delete it again but it still say the same thing.
Hi, As an example of what you can do, here is a link to Avast anti virus where you create an anti virus boot disc /USB which scans your pc without the OS running. https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AV… You don’t have to use Avast a lot of AV provide the same option, just “google bootable usb anti virus
Hello! One program will never be able to catch 100% of viruses. It’s just how it is unfortunately. I would look into a program called “Hitman Pro”. It’s probably the best I’ve seen yet and I use it in conjuntion with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and this takes care of nearly everything! Good luck!
