I am trying to remove the hard drive from an old Compaq Presario SR1610NX. I have removed the side casing and the screws holding the disk drive to its disk caddy. Also all the cables attached to it. However I still can’t remove it. I am trying to remove the front panel in order to get at the disk caddy but can’t quite get it off. What am I doing wrong? I appreciate your help. Hi, Here are some images from the upgrading and servicing guide for the desktop, that shows how to remove the drives from the case.
