Chosen Solution Hi there! I’ve been asked to repair an iPad 2 with a broken speaker. Whenever there is any sound played on the device through Music, Ringtones or Youtube etc. the speaker crackles and sounds slightly distorted. Fair enough I thought, I’ll just replace the speaker. I replaced the speaker and tried it, still the same result - crackling and slightly distorted. I thought that maybe it was a faulty part, so I returned the speaker and received a replacement....

Chosen Solution So just replaced the logic board in my phone all works well, only little snag is that the flashlight doesn’t seem to be working . When you turn the flash on with camera lower part of flash seem to go off but not as it should. Any ideas on how to get the flash working again??? You could try resetting your settings

Chosen Solution Screen was completely destroyed nothing shows, nothing works, but it connected to itunes. i tried to recover, i deleted the iOS and everything and then it showed me iTunes errors 3194, 4005, 4014. What to do? I tried an iPhone 6 without screen plugged into charger and it just loops with the charging sound meaning it crashes shortly after boot and keeps looping. So no you can’t boot the phone successfully without a screen on iPhone 6....

Chosen Solution I replaced a friends 6s screen, & transferred everything over perfectly. I made a huge mistake not disconnecting the battery nor shutting down the phone. When i put in the LCD connector i saw a small spark accompanied with a small amount of smoke. Phone will not respond at all to anything now. I tried disconnecting the battery & holding down the power button. Did i blow out something in the board?...

Chosen Solution I can’t charge the battery of my Mavic Air, first generation. It went down to zero during flight. If this has a Li-Ion (lithium) battery you can try this procedure at your own risk (these batteries are explosive and handling near sparks can be dangerous have fire extinguisher nearby in rare case of emergency) splice and expose two wires of an old known working 5 volt 9 volt AC DC charger adaptor using a voltmeter test the ends to confirm positive and negative....

Chosen Solution Hi, My Canon Imageclass MF216n printer (laser/copier/fax model) is jammed. The paper printed out with a rip on it and the rest of the ripped portion became jammed inside. After opening the machine and lifting out the toner cartridge, I was able to pull some of that piece out but there’s still a portion left. It’s underneath the roller area/where it starts to feed into the roller. I tried tweezers to pull it out but since it’s not fully through yet where it reaches the roller, there’s not much access to it....

Chosen Solution Can i buy this part or ve to buy a logic board,thank you Those are grounding pogo pins, which grounds the rear case with the main board to create a simple shield and prevents interference between certain high-frequency signals. In other words, not important unless you live next to a cell tower and use that USB connector to transfer a TON of stuff every second. As long as the broken pin doesn’t mess up further beneath the board, you are fine....

Try performing a hard reset to see if this resolves the problem. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your User data and downloaded apps. It will restore the tablet to its’ factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it....

Chosen Solution I cannot download it. The system is struggling but not successful. IS there any file damaged? Update (10/07/2015) My iMac is using Intel i5. I think the main problem may be the damaged Disk Utility? But how to mend the file? The highest system a G5 will go to is 10.5.8 Leopard. Anything above that requires an Intel Processor. You may need a better network connection. Try waking up early in the morning or very late at night when there are fewer people online....

Chosen Solution I crank my engine but no Start fast and when i stop and teñirse the brakes and pres gas the car no have power. Your car sounds like it needs a tune up . You may need to replace the air and fuel filter . New plugs and wires as well , a new PCV valve will also help. If the engine is throwing any codes they should also be addressed ....

Chosen Solution I dropped my phone in the rain and when I got home I noticed ink floating in my phone I can’t explain it. it keeps growing it started off small but it’s spreading. it’s gray and all on one side of my phone. Chosen Solution I broke the display screen on the inside of my Incredible. The touch screen is ok, but the display inside was cracked in about three different places. I ordered a replacement screen with the same part number (60H00291-00P) that is suppose to be an OEM LCD with LED backlight replacement. My phone was originally an AMOLED display phone. Would that be the problem? The factory display worked before I took it out, but even it isn’t working when I install it on the phone now....

Chosen Solution I accidently spill some liquid (flat white) on my Macbook pro 2017 Touchbar, luckily I had a keyboard cover which protected the keyboard, but some fell on the speakers grill (on the right side) I cleaned it right away with my fingers and napkins then put a napkin on the speakers grills, closed the lid and put the macbook upside down so it can be drained somehow with gravity, I think the napkin was very very slightly wet that it can barely be noticed after I removed it, then put a new napkin again and left it upside down till I reached home 2-3 hours later, I removed the napkin it was dry and I used a vaccum cleaner 5-10 times on the speakers and the keyboard close to it ,The macbook is working normaly till now and the speakers also are working as usual I guess, I’m really worried that there might be some damage that I can encounter later, my question is , How long should I wait to be relieved that nothing would happen ?...

Chosen Solution I’m running the latest version of protools on a 2011 iMac 3.7 i5 processor, 16 MB RAM, original 1TB HDD. Errors were fairly frequent when running previous versions of protools, but with the latest version I’m getting CPU errors almost every time I work with projects that involve moderate processing on 5 or so tracks. I’m contemplating getting the CPU upgraded but before I do, was wondering if (1) anyone has had similar experience with the newer version of pro tools on an older iMac, and (2) does anyone have a view as to whether there is a compatible CPU to swap in that woul d make a meaningful difference?...

Chosen Solution My iMac 27” 2011 recently has an issue: After power it on, Apple logo shows up with progress bar loading.It then becomes white screen for a while.Then it turns black and reboot.Repeat step 1, 2, 3.Try to run Apple hardware diagnostic program, it seems fine.
