Chosen Solution So basically I replaced the front camera flex cable and when I went to turn it on nothing displayed so I figured it was dead then when i plugged the charger in it just keeps vibrating every 3 secs with no display where did i go wrong? Disconnect your screen cables. Disconnect your battery, and press power button for 15 seconds to power cycle your phone. Reconnect battery then screen cables, making sure everything is seated properly....

Chosen Solution The iPhone was accidentally washed in a washer machine for 5-10 minutes, it was immediately taken out, wiped and then put in rice for two days. Now it will not turn on so I replaced the battery and charging port and it still doesn’t turn on. The LCD seems to have signs of short circuit but my question is does that matter? If I plug the phone into a computer, shouldn’t it at least detect the phone even if the LCD does not work?...
Chosen Solution I recently got my iphone 7+ fixed. it had error 9 so i reballed the NAND and after doing so i put it back together after which it worked fine for a day or so. Now it randomly shuts off and i dont know what to do, i replaced the battery, tried swapping housings nothing seemed to work. It again throws error 9 at me when i try to restore the device in itunes....
Chosen Solution i left my iPod out in the rain an the headphone jack stopped working but everything else works just fine. This issue is a worn out headphone jack. This part is clipped in with a socket, so it’s easily replaced. You can find the logicboard guide here and the part here. You will need to replace this whole piece. You can’t just replace the headphone jack. iFixit doesn’t have a guide specific to this part....

You have to remove the logic board and then remove the dock connector by de-soldering the 30 pin connector....

Chosen Solution iMac 20" (MB417) I have following symptom on an iMac on power-on: black screen drive briefly spins system powers off within 1-2sec. What is the most likely cause and how can this be tested? This may take some trial and error to find the problem. Resetting the SMC - First unplug the unit and press the start button for 5 seconds. Next try a PRAM reset, hit the start button and immediately hold down the Option & Command and P and R keys wait till you hear it tone three times....

Chosen Solution I actually have the asus q524u which I believe is the Best Buy exclusive model? This is the only asus laptop I’ve found with the same hinge/case setup and is probably very similar. I have some cracks on my lcd screen behind the digitizer. The digitizer glass is perfect and touch works perfect. Safe boot has not resolved the issue. I was told to reset SMU Now the are two ways to do it a0 by taking all cables out wait 15 second put everything back and reboot....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 6s has a really bad dent and when it got it, it stopped working, is there a way to make it work. Even if it just works for one iTunes backup. It has some data I really need from the day it died. And can I know what exactly got damaged? There is no way of knowing what component has been damaged from the dent. The only thing you could try would be to rule out parts....
