Because this switch fails the laptop does not turn on the display and it shutdown when I try to restart it. Chosen Solution After powering on my HP 650 notebook the display shows the HP logo. Then the display gets black and slowly turns from black to white (or grey more or less). See attached video: Then the display stays something like black-white-checkered (this image shows it a little bit: ) I can attach a external display via VGA connector. Chosen Solution I didn’t use my Epson WF-7511 printer for 8-9 months now I took it out to use but it’s showing printing issues. It seems like printhead nozzles have been chocked. If you are not using the printer for more than 15 days it starts drying colors on the print head. After a few days printhead would get blocked by dry color pallets. You should try to clean the print head with Epson printer cleaning....

I hadn’t cleaned it for a looong time, so I opened it up (as I have many times before) and removed the fan to clean the dust bunny build up in front of the heatsink to the fan. No problem restarting even after losing power, pulling off the road and turning off ignition. The only solution that I have found, which is a temporary one, is to take the battery cable off the battery for a minute which resets the ecu. The car will then drive fine for a few miles (up to 10 or so) and then begin to lose power again....
