Chosen Solution My laptop fan is broken it seems. When i watch it, the fan will jitter like its trying to move but there is dust inside of it. Anyone know if there is a way to fix it? It shows how to remove the fan.The fan is probably faulty and it will be easier to replace it than to fix it as it is probably worn out and it may be hard to get individual replacement components for it....

Chosen Solution I was trying to remove the battery of my 2010 Macbook Pro, I think logical board was short circuited by my metal screwdriver. I saw some smoke and smell like something burnt. Chosen Solution I ve recently opened my screen and the ribbon of LCD cutted.I found us spare part just the ribbon how can i attempt to change it you cant, you will have to get a new screen! the process to replace that cable is extremely difficult and the equipment and solvents required are expensive too (above the $800 Range). you must first separate the front glass from the LCD\Digitizer then de-solder the digitizer cable, then separate the digi and lcd....

How can I connect the camera to a separate board and test it using some other microcontroller ? Chosen Solution i can not open with my password Try shutting the tablet down, Unplugging the battery for 60 sec then rebooting. to Unplug the battery follow these instructions Envizen V100M Battery Replacement Then reboot the tablet and try your password again. If this brings no Joy start questioning the people who have access to your tablet and see if someone changed the password

Chosen Solution Computer plays the startup chime but no other sound when in use like the little sound effect when you change the volume. System preferences, sound, output, only shows the headphones and doesnt mention the internal speakers. You may have damaged the headphone port, or have a know issue. See this Answer. Chosen Solution My Motorola wont charge or turn on I don’t know what to do I tried everything someone help please marcus, I’d start with a new battery. That will at least give you a known-good starting point for further trouble shooting. It is possible that this is related to your charger, cable, connector or logic board. Start with something that is known to be working. Hope this helps, good luck....

Chosen Solution Hey, yesterday I spilled juice on my macbook’s keyboard’s shift key. It was like 1-2 teaspoons or 1-2 ml. So, I immadiately clean the key and the spaces around the key. Everything was ok until 1-2 hours ago. I realised that the key is sticky. But everything is working great. I looked on internet, some of the people say, there will be a huge damage like corrosion. Chosen Solution Hi there, I recently installed a new SSD into our 2011 iMac to replace the hard drive. All was working fine, however since screwing the LCD back in, the screen flickers consistently. The brightness is set at maximum, if I reduce the brightness using the keyboard, the screen goes fully black. However I can still see an image behind by using a flashlight directly over the screen. I assume the backlight is not working....

When i first attempted the repair, i used my plastic opening tool to pry up slightly on the socket, thinking it was held in place similarly to the cables on an iPhone5s. Chosen Solution I had a customer bring her granddaughters iPad 5 LTE in for a screen replacement. When I took the screen off I noticed a screw was missing that holds the LCD in place. I called the customer back before I went any farther and asked if someone tried to replace the screen. The customer told me that they took it to another place and since then the home button was not working correctly....

So could you please tell me which component in the on in the small red rectangle? thank you all!! The component is sitting pretty inside your FPC connector (look at the picture). Pick it out with tweezers and solder it back in place. P.S. it is FL4 a 120 Ohm / 210mA Ferrite bead....

Chosen Solution One day using my phone the picture went really small into the centre of the screen and then would not come back on. Faulty screen I thought and luckily I had a spare phone the same model. I replaced the screen and when I turned on device I got a back-light but no picture. Chosen Solution Have an iphone 6, it had a shorted wifi ic which burns skin to the touch when active, after replace ic everything works again, but now iphone don’t accept touch in a invisible vertical line at center, from top to bottom, that cath the “5“ number at keyboard and everything else in that vertical pixel line. Chosen Solution I have a iPhone 7 that has suffered water damage, and I believe the lightning connector may be damaged. How can I tell if the lightning connector on board my phone is damaged? I have already removed it and have cleaned it using isopropyl alcohol, and have a multimeter. Is there any way I can test this? Chosen Solution The zoom/shutter button on my Canon 110 HS popped off. It doesn’t seem to want to snap back into place. It still takes photos but the button falls off easily. @jtylerbell , Tyler, if still under warranty, return for repair/replacement. If out of warranty take into a camera shop and see if they have a button or if they can put a little silicone in the proper area to retain button....
