Chosen Solution The monitor/lcd on my Sony RX10M3 no longer works. It will brighten slightly when the camera is turned on, but it will not display anything. The viewfinder works fine. No error msg. I have tried all suggestions from Sony. How do I fix or replace the monitor? Hi @drefson , Are you sure that the LCD screen is the problem? Chosen Solution Hi, I’ve got this 3rd gen iPod which is not working, it shows a folder icon. My computer is a late 2011 13" MBP. The weird thing is that when I connect it through firewire, it charges. That’s it, as if my computer provided nothing but power. If I connect it through USB, it is fully recognized, but it doesn’t charge and eventually runs out of bat. Once recognized, I try to restore it through iTunes but iTunes tells me it has to be restored using firewire…how, if firewire only works for charging?...

That being said, Windows should install the necessary drivers. All you need to do is get the drivers form the source....

Chosen Solution does interminent signal always mean skywork chip reball or replace when blue inductor is in its place ,sim contacts ok ,gold hook prong=ok ,and still interminent gsm signal ? ISNT THERE someone WITH skills who have knowledge in that ?! Update well i did that ,but still no practical help here!! what so ever! thanks anyway , If the inductor is in place and your phone has intermittent GSM failure, I would not replace it....

Chosen Solution So, my digitizer works fine, it’s just the LCD and glass that’s damaged (it’s the common, “half the screen is white problem” ). Is there a way to separate the glass and LCD from my digitizer? And then meld my digitizer back in with the LCD and glass? I’ve seen lots of “Glass only” repair videos, but just replacing the glass has nothing to do with replacing the LCD, right?...

Chosen Solution I was changing Admin Password with the instillation disk inserted, as I was instructed to, but a pop up sheet read “Disk needs to be Cleaned”. Now I can not eject the disk, the “Eject Leopard Instillation Disk” is showing in Bold with the Clover Leaf +Q but it is not responding when I press the keys. Chosen Solution I went to some Engeneers, they said your phone have high seam in IC, they can not fix it. Can you tell me what can I do? All what I want recovery my information only. As for data recovery, look locally for a reputable shop that does micro-soldering repairs. Ideally, you want to find someone local but good workmanship trumps locality. There are many shops worldwide that do this so you shouldn’t have any problems finding them....

Chosen Solution I’ve cleaned the metal parts of my macbook using glass cleaner but it looks like some of the liquid was spilled under the jeyboard/screen. And now my screen has this look: http://i.imgur.com/eK59JI0.jpg This will 100% be a screen issue (liquid has got onto the screen board, under the silver frame), nothing on the logic board can cause the screen to do this. I would check the logic board for any liquid, cleaning with 95%+ isopropyl if there is (doubt it, unless you really flooded the screen) and order a new screen across if the board is clean....

Chosen Solution I see a battery symbol, but the battery percentage is not decreasing meanwhile when i restart my ipad air battery symbol shows that battery is drain. Means to say that My battery symbol stuck on the percentage untill i restart my ipad. This is not a software issue. Its a problem with the charging system on your ipad. Chosen Solution I was replacing the wifi chip on my iphone six, and I had a lot of trouble getting the wifi chip off, I had a heat gun on it for five minutes straight and it wouldn’t come off, so finally i popped it off with a thin tool but in doing so I think I broke the part of my logic board where the wifi chip goes because the old wifi chip ripped off the little metal stubs, that were in the compartment for the wifi chip and when I fluxed the new wifi chip on and put the phone back together there was still no wifi, any advice?...

Chosen Solution Screen back light works, device will reboot and sound comes out but there is no image displayed. Is it possible that a connector came loose? Or more likely hardware failure? What happened to the iPad prior to this issue; was it dropped, damaged, repaired or came into contact with water? If the iPad was dropped or damaged, then you probably have an LCD issue. If the iPad came into contact with water, then it’s probably a logic board issue....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 4 keeps “searching” for a network. And it doesn’t register “No Sim” when I remove this sim. I’ve opened it up, but I’m not sure if the blue coil is damaged. This problem can happen if you disconnect the battery or if the battery get disconnected by it. You can tell if this is what happened because the year will say 1970 or so. The best way to solve this is to connect to WiFi and sync to the correct time....

Chosen Solution I dindt want my iphone to be jailbroken mor so i factory resetet it. it went out off battery and when i charged it it just turining on and off evry 5-10 seconds…. help? Plug it into the laptop/pc, then put it into dfu mode. Should prompt a restore Press and hold both the sleep/wake and the Home button until the screen goes black. Release the sleep/wake button but continue holding the Home button for about 20 seconds....

Chosen Solution It was in June or July when this issue of my phone started. Sometimes when I open it, it starts to glitch into different colors. When I play some music and lock my phone, the next time I open it, it glitches but the music continues to play with the screen on glitches, or I can still hear notifications even. There is always a chance this could come from the LCD driver on the motherboard but start with a new screen....

Chosen Solution I have a 2003 dodge 2500. The key will not turn the ignition. To remove the lock barrel assembly, you must turn the key on so that you can press up on a tab inside. If you can’t get the key to turn on, how do you pushup on the tab to remove the assembly?. The truck is sitting inoperable in the driveway now and I can’t take it to a locksmith even if I could afford it....
