However, If i force reset it (lock screen and home button) it will boot normally to the lock screen for a couple of minutes, before going back to its boot loop without being touched. They decided it was more than they bargained for after they stripped most of the internal screws and put the phone back together. When I opened it I noticed that the screws were either stripped or missing so I ordered replacement screws. Chosen Solution I used the iFixit kit to replace the battery in my iPhone 5s, but now the screen is black and vibration seems to be broken. The phone is detected by iTunes when turned on, and I was able to put it into DFU mode to verify that the home button works, but that’s all it can do now. I even tried disconnecting the new battery and connecting the old one, but nothing changed....
