Chosen Solution Hi. When doing the bottom case assembly (with the pentalobe screwdriver from ifixit), one of the pentalobe screws got stuck and a few attempts to turn it made the head stripped. I have a replacement screw, but I’m unable to take this one out. I’ve seen numerous posts around here regarding this matter, but none of them were concerning the pentalobe screws. Any suggestions on removing the screw? Thank you....

Chosen Solution Can’t find any restore function with gen 4 @oots524_ you do all that through iTunes. Just download the user manual from here. @oots524_ , Doug, you may have to Restore to factory setting through I tunes on computer, if you just wanting to delete all, the 1st link will tell of the process. If just wanting to delete some songs use Link 2 and 3 video tutorial. Good luck....

I suggest that you no longer try to turn it on or try to charge it. Disassemble it using this guide and properly clean it. Use this guide to clean it. Bring up iTunes and that will clear your lock out and let you reset it. I`m afraid there is no away apart from guessing your old password. And keep guessing and apply it by different intervals to avoid getting your phone blocked....
Chosen Solution If I put the power cable in all the way, the fans will run (at full speed), but the screen will not turn on. If I move the power cable out a little bit, it will boot with the screen on. Once I have it booted, I can move the power cable all the way in. Does this call for a replacement power supply? I’d start with a new power cable....

Tried using rosin smoke method to find a short but i am unable to. I suspect it is the Tigris chip (u3300). Any help would be appreciated! :D The charging circuit is different on the 11 series. Chosen Solution I went from 6 to 6S plus and noticed that the vibration of the 6S plus (taptic engine, I guess) is crazily softer/quieter than the 6. I keep my phones on vibrate 24/7 and can generally hear/feel the vibration when my phone is on a table or hard surface, but now its so quiet I’ve been missing notifications… Is it just my phone or is this a thing?...
