If the phone does not turn on, then you most likely have a display problem if the screen is bubbling. If I were you, I would replace the screen display....

The first step I would take since you don’t have another new battery to use is to see if you can get the phone to power on with the old battery connected. Chosen Solution the other night i lost power when it was restored my computer stopped working.is is repairable It might be and then again it might not… You’ll need to start off replacing the power supply to see if it was the only part damaged. Sometimes a surge can damage a logic board as well as the drives. The other direction would be just to get a new system (new or used) and then take your drive out of your old system to recover your stuff using a SATA to USB universal adapter to copy off your stuff....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 4 all of a sudden froze up & turned off. I tried plugging it in to charge it & tried plugged it into my computer with no luck. It turned on for a split second to then give me a screen with stack on it one time. I’ve looked threw all questions & dont know if my iPhones done or not.
